In 1982, David met and signed as a songwriter to Mike Chapman - of Chin and Chapman productions (Kylie Minogue, Susy Quatro, etc.). Mike was just beginning pre-production for Agnetha Faltskog's first solo album which is how she heard and chose two of David's songs to be included on 'Wrap Your Arms Around Me.'
